The ZeNeurobics Wellness Coaching Program is designed to give you the support you need to need to make positive lifestyle changes by providing you with information and motivation on an ongoing basis. Common goals include developing and maintaining an exercise program, managing weight, improving sleep habits and reducing stress, however, a program can be created for any positive lifestyle improvement goal you may have. Regardless of the goal, the focus of the ZeNeurobics coaching program is always on helping people make permanent, sustainable lifestyle changes. There are no quick fixes, gimmicks or even diets here!

Following your lifestyle assessment, you will be assigned a personal coach who will work with you one-on-one to develop a lifestyle improvement plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. In regular telephone sessions with your coach, you will work together to develop strategies for implementing and maintaining healthy changes. The length of your coaching program is determined in collaboration with your coach and is based on your goals.

Dr. Angi’s and her Wellness Coaches

Dr. Angi is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and ACSM certified Personal Trainer. You can read more of her story in the “About Me” section of this website. She has created the instructional materials for the coaching team and leads weekly supervision sessions with the coaches.

Individuals who sign up for the coaching program are assigned a coach who will work with you personally help you set and attain your wellness goals.

With help from Dr. Angi’s wellness coaches, you will lose weight, without dieting…and you will keep it off.

Whether you want to lose 5 pounds, 405 pounds, or simply want to improve your general health Dr. Angi’s coaches can help you. We can teach you how to change your eating habits permanently (and even enjoy it). Dr. Angi’s coaches can teach you how to exercise and to make movement, sleep and stress reduction priorities in your life.

We don’t believe in extremes. We will never tell you that any certain food is off limits and you will never be asked to buy supplements or prepackaged meals. We also don’t believe in creating dependence. Dr. Angi’s wellness coaches will teach you the skills you need to eventually do this primarily on your own!!
